The National Inpatient Experience Survey is a national survey that seeks the feedback of people’s experiences of hospital care. Since 2017, over 66,000 people have taken part in this programme of engagement. This feedback has helped to identify areas that are working well and areas where improvements could be made. To find out more, view our animation or read about the national and local quality improvements implemented by the HSE in response to findings here.
