National Care Experience Programme Strategy (2022-2024) has been published

The National Care Experience Programme Strategy (2022–2024) outlines the programme’s core values and sets out the key objectives we wish to achieve by 2024.

Over the next three years, we will pursue an ambitious agenda and support the health and social care sector to elevate the voices of people using services and drive improvements in care.

During the life of this strategy, we will ensure that

• we use people’s feedback to improve care
• we are agile and respond to national need
• we remain innovative
• we build sectoral and academic capacity to optimise use of the programme’s data.
