In total, 718 residents told us about their experiences of living in a nursing home. Most residents said that they had a good or very good experience overall (90.3%), while 9.6% said they had a fair-to-poor experience.
The average resident rating for moving into the nursing home was 6.8 out of 10.
The average resident rating for caregivers and staff in the nursing home was 8.9 out of 10.
The average resident rating for spending time in the nursing home was 8.0 out of 10.
The average resident rating for the living environment in the nursing home was 9.0 out of 10.
The average resident rating for person-centred care was 7.3 out of 10.
The average resident rating for food and nutrition in the nursing home was 8.4 out of 10.
