In total, 943 relatives and friends of nursing home residents told us about their experiences. Most relatives and friends said that they had a good or very good experience (87.1%), while 13% said that they had a fair-to-poor experience.
The average relative or friend rating for moving into the nursing home was 8.4 out of 10.
The average relative or friend rating for caregivers and staff in the nursing home was 9.0 out of 10.
The average relative or friend rating for spending time in the nursing home was 8.5 out of 10.
The average relative or friend rating for the living environment in the nursing home was 8.8 out of 10.
The average relative or friend rating for person-centred care was 8 out of 10.
The average relative or friend rating for the food and nutrition in the nursing home was 8.7 out of 10.
