The majority of women who gave birth in the Rotunda Hospital said they had an overall positive maternity experience. 86% said their maternity care was good or very good, compared with 85% nationally. Women who gave birth in the hospital rated their care close to the national average for each stage of care, with the exception of ‘care at home after the birth’, which scored below the national average.
