Questionnaire design

The aim of this module is to support learners to develop questions and questionnaires.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the module, you will be able to:

• describe what should be included in a questionnaire and how it should be laid out
• differentiate between well-designed and poorly designed questions in a questionnaire
• describe some of the different types of questions that can be included in a questionnaire.
