Submitting a data subject access request

Under data protection legislation, individuals have a right to know if an organisation or individual is holding information about them. They also have the right to access this information. Check the Data Protection Commission website for more information.

To make a request under the Data Protection Acts, follow these steps:

1. Read our policy

3. Submit your request
