The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) is intending to enter into a data sharing agreement with the Department of Social Protection under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019.

The agreement will enable the administration of the National End of Life Survey .

The DSA was available for public consultation for a period of 28 days, from 21 July 2022 to 18 August 2022 and the public were invited to make submissions by email to consultations.dsa@per.gov.ie during this time. The public consultation is now closed.
